Nylabone’s Gourmet wishbones needed a more sustainable refresh for their packaging

This meant they needed to ditch the plastic and opt for something frugal.

Old packaging used methods such as glue and plastic blisters to hold the product in place.

The new design would need to exclude three simple things

Many competitors used at least one of the three methods mentioned above as part of the packaging for their wishbone products.

This solution removed the old blister and glue as well as avoided the use of staples in final production.

The design folds over onto itself while holding onto the product and securing it in place, making it easy to assemble as well as more sustainable than its counterpart. Saving time, money, and material!
